The world does feel very dark at the moment. Thank you for the reminder that we need to find the centre, to find the compromise, to not ostracise others. We don’t need to be divided x

I read this through twice as it had so much to think about in it. Thank you. I have pure FOMO about not getting tickets to see Sarah Snook or SJP but there will be other shows and different exhibitions and other adventures to have.

Really don't sweat the Sarah Snook, I couldn't wait for it to be over!! Save the £300 and go to Shakespeare's Globe instead, I much preferred my evening standing there and watching Macbeth, all for £5!

Well you just convinced me to re-read it myself, although this was a pretty genius cliff notes version. So incredibly prescient indeed and so many relevant themes for us women of a certain age. Thank you for sharing!

yes it is a wonderful book -particularly as its much bigger theme is why actually ageing and life being reflected in our faces is so important. Or we become dislocated from who we really are!
