A VIP Invitation: Only for Paid Subscribers to a special evening on Monday 13th November
Come and experience Eidetic Imaging - a new way of approaching our sense of self being pioneered in California. First outing in the UK at a special Noon Circle
Hello Queenagers
Eleanor Mills would love to invite you Paid subscribers to a very special evening in Soho on Monday 13th November.
We are hosting a Noon Circle workshop for some American friends who have pioneered a new way of approaching our sense of self. It is called Eidetic Imaging and is based on the latest neuroscience about how the particular images we remember have a huge impact on the emotions that are attached to memories or periods in our lives. Eleanor has had an online Zoom session with the Founder Jackie Sussman and she found it hugely powerful in connecting her to a whole segment of emotions from my childhood which she had never felt before. The method was deceptively simple and the results impressive.
This is the post that I wrote about it at the time..
Eleanor's Letter: 12 brilliant books to take on holiday - plus snakes, shedding and acceptance
Dear Queenagers So last week at the Hampstead Ladies pond I had a genuinely new experience: I swam with a snake. I watched it for a few moments before realising what it was. It came scooting across the pond fast – like the top of a brown stick. I wondered if it was the head of a cormorant, the body hidden below the dark water. Or if it was a weird fish, with a raised head. But then it came closer and I could see its body in S-shapes under the water, moving faster than a duck right in front of me. It was definitely a snake, probably an adder.
The method is called Eidetic Imaging and it is being pioneered by Jackie with Ivy Ross (VP, Design For Hardware Products at Google) and Diane Dain, a friend and Strategic Advisor at the UN helping women and girls. This trio is using this work very productively with several West Coast tech firms and the method is getting a following in the US in helping women become more authentic and confident leaders. This is the first time that they will have showcased their work in the UK. Eleanor is inviting you along as she thinks you will find it fascinating and an aide to your own work.
Date and Timings - Monday 13 November at 18:30PM - 10PM
Address: Flat 1. 7th Floor, Stirling Court, Opposite 50 Marshall Street, in Soho, London W1F9BD.
We will provide drinks and snacks to tide you through.
This is a select and specially invited group so please RSVP and only say you will come if you make the event as places are limited. If you want to come please email Noon events manager karen@inherspace.co.uk.

INNER VISION: A PLATFORM FOR WOMEN
Jackie Sussman, Ivy Ross, and Dianne Dain have come together to create Inner Vision, in order to:
· Help women access their innate wisdom, authentic power, true voice, and wholeness to be a force in the world.
· Be witnessed and to witness one another, in a shared group process, which supports, deepens, and amplifies each woman’s deep personal transformation.
· Know that the journey starts within, using the tools of eidetic imaging, to eradicate the suppressive constraints of each woman’s distinct feminine lineage and to uncover the powers of her feminine nature to bring a cohesive vision for the world.
· Help women to see their direct impact in supporting our great Mother Earth and to be stewards in the unfolding birth of new potentials emerging for the world.
INTRODUCTION TO THE WOMEN’S EIDETIC IMAGERY SEMINAR:
At this moment in history, women have a crucial contribution to make to the world. As they increasingly find themselves in leadership roles, women are being called to find original and uniquely feminine solutions to personal, business, and global problems. The result is a natural paradigm shift from the masculine lens of control, domination, and one-upmanship towards a more inclusive and compassionate model, which emphasizes the greatest good for all. In this way, the infusion of the feminine psyche into the highest levels of the workforce sets the stage for a greater balance of power and a more cohesive, interconnected vision for the world. This is what the Dalai Lama had in mind when he stated that, “Women have a special capacity to lead us to a more peaceful world with compassion, affection and kindness.”
This transition from male to female models of leadership, however, must be consciously and skillfully navigated, as the “feminine” vision of life has not traditionally been viewed as powerful. Moreover, many women carry the burden of a lifetime of social signals that diminishes her value and suppress her inner strength. In this program, each participant will use the power of Eidetic Imagery to discover the unique feminine potentials stored within her psyche, helping to manifest her most potent abilities in her personal life, at work and in her impact in the world.
In this seminar we will:
· Present research on the distinctions between the male and female psyche today.
· Offer imagery exercises to reveal each participant’s gender socialization and how it has impacted her leadership abilities.
· Provide access to the underlying source of each woman’s innate wisdom, bringing forth her authentic power and strengthening her ability to succeed in her career and in her personal relationships.
· Offer tools for creating more harmonious relationships at work and for generating a positive culture and team bonding from an authentic and embodied position of strength.
· Discover the source of each woman’s creativity and passion, with how to bring these qualities of spirit and heart to her work.
· Present methods for engaging with male partners, relatives, colleagues, supervisors, or team members, with compassion, effectiveness, and strength.
· Learn to embody of the depth of each participant’s feminine nature, as a beneficent force in the world.
By the end of this seminar series, each woman will have developed more self-awareness and self-confidence. She will emerge armed with the tools to create success in her endeavors, to authentically achieve her goals, while being more deeply rooted in her authentic self.

Eidetic imagery helped increase my mindfulness and confidence around navigating difficult and emotionally-charged situations. I have used these tools in my personal and professional life to help drive more successful interactions and outcomes. I've seen incredible impact for others as well. At a time when I was running on empty, Jackie’s use of Eidetic Imagery helped me look within myself to refill my cup and understand that the greatest source of strength always comes from within. Jackie’s process is one with which we have the power to see our most authentic selves and understand our deepest sense of purpose.

What is an Eidetic Imagery:
Ei-det-ic (I-‘de-tik) adj., marked by or involving extraordinary accurate and vivid recall especially of visual images (an eidetic memory). Merriam Webster Dictionary (2001 on-line edition)
Eidetic images are bright, lively pictures seen in the mind, much like a movie image or photograph. These special images are neurologically recorded in the brain and systematically stored for future reference. When recalled, the eidetic image can re-create a vivid experience of events and conflicts with drama, clarity, and detail. Through this process, unresolved issues can be revealed, and their underlying causes identified. Difficulties are viewed with greater insight, and the solutions to problems become clear.
The eidetic method is a fast-moving, positive technique that gets to problem areas quickly, generates change by using precise tools that promote insight and growth, and provides access to inner strengths and resources that can resolve troublesome issues and restore health and well-being. Recalling these images reveals the developmental and social conditioning that inhibits our “light” or essential nature, and replaces them with potent images that contain the vibrancy and depth of our authentic self.
NOTE: As part of the event, Dianne Dain and Monika Seyfried will share their exciting work together on feminine innovation.
Feminine Innovation harnesses traditionally feminine qualities, values, and ways of thinking in the innovation process. These qualities, which can be held by individuals of any gender, are leveraged for their potential to drive creativity, collaboration, and holistic solutions. Feminine Innovation thrives to foster deep connections with nature welcoming multidisciplinary approaches to problem solving. It is the harnessing of intuition and instinct as the basics for decision making. It is the very force to create and design new futures that are created with care and in a fluid manner.
